These terms apply to samples, creative tests, production work and other services supplied by Cornerstone AI Group Ltd ("Cornerstone", "we", "us") to a brand or business client ("you"). Specific commercial scope, deliverables, fees and licence terms are agreed in writing for each engagement.
01. Creative testing services
We provide creative strategy, hypothesis development, AI-assisted production, synthetic creator content, still images, carousels, short-form video concepts and related testing support. The exact deliverables are those agreed for the relevant project or test pack.
02. Samples and proposals
Any sample or concept provided before a paid engagement is for evaluation and discussion. A sample does not create an obligation to purchase, and we may limit free production according to capacity, rights or suitability of the requested product.
03. Client materials and rights
You confirm that you own or have permission to use the product images, trademarks, packaging, logos, footage and other materials you provide. You remain responsible for ensuring that the product, claims and source materials supplied to us may lawfully be used for the intended campaign.
04. AI-assisted and synthetic media
AI systems may be used in creative strategy, copy, image generation, editing or synthetic creator production. We aim to preserve product accuracy and avoid fabricated factual claims or fake customer experiences. Where a platform, law, regulator or client policy requires disclosure of synthetic or materially altered media, the appropriate disclosure must be used.
05. Human review and approval
We use human review as part of production, but the client remains responsible for final approval of assets before publication, including factual accuracy, trademarks, claims, product representations, disclosure requirements and platform compliance.
06. Performance and testing
Testing is intended to generate evidence, not guarantee a particular outcome. We do not guarantee viral reach, sales, conversion rate, CPA, ROAS, follower growth or any other platform or commercial result. Performance can be affected by audience, spend, account history, platform algorithms, offer, pricing and factors outside our control.
07. Revisions and scope
Where a project includes a defined revision allowance, revisions apply to objective errors or agreed adjustments within scope. New creative directions, new products, substantial restyling or additional formats may be treated as new work.
08. Payment and cancellation
Fees, billing schedule and cancellation rights are stated in the relevant written proposal, invoice or order confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed, work may be paused where payment is overdue. Paid production that has already begun is generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
09. Intellectual property
Unless a project agreement says otherwise, client-supplied trademarks and source materials remain the client's property. Licence or ownership of final rendered assets is governed by the written project agreement. Internal methods, prompts, systems, templates and proprietary workflows remain Cornerstone property.
10. Acceptable use
You must not use delivered content to make deceptive, unlawful or materially misleading claims, misrepresent a product, impersonate a real person without permission, or breach a platform's advertising or disclosure rules.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cornerstone's liability for a claim arising from a specific engagement is limited to the amount paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost sales or platform penalties arising from a client's publication or use of an asset.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded for a client in another jurisdiction.
